Originally from Alsace, where he trained as a cook at the Charles de Foucauld high school, he built up his skills with starred chefs such as Pascal Bastian at Cheval Blanc, Patrick Ringard at Mandarin or Jean Sulpice at Oxalysi before strengthening his love of cooking through various experiences in the restaurant business before settling in the South of France.
A lover of fresh produce and the seasons, he loves simple cooking and puts forward his long search for quality products, as local and innovative as possible.
